Teachers

JDanceStudios was formed by Jane Tilley during August 2002.

Jane Tilley LRAD AISTD RTS - teaches RAD ballet and ISTD modern & tap full-time. Jane was born in Derby and attended a local ballet school until at age 16 Jane attended the Elmhurst Ballet School, Camberley. Jane completed the teacher training course at the Royal Academy of Dance, Battersea, obtaining her Licentiate in 1989. Jane then attended a musical theatre course at the London Studio Centre for a year. Jane has taught in Jersey, Spain, throughout Central America (including the Guatemala National Ballet), Brazil, at a private school in the Midlands and at the Maria Studio in West London. Jane is an Appointed Person, having completed the Basic First Aid (Module VI) course at the British Red Cross. Jane has attended the Introduction To Day Care Practice presented by Sutton Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership. Jane lives in Croydon with her husband Mark Pullen.

Fiona Brooker MA LRAD RTS - teaches RAD ballet and ISTD modern & tap full-time. Fiona gained her Licentiate with the Royal Academy of Dance in 2001 along with a BA (Hons) in the Art and Teaching of Ballet, and in 2002 completed an MA in Education at Goldsmiths College.  Before joining JDanceStudios, Fiona taught in schools in Wembley, Fulham and Chiswick. Fiona is also responsible for many administrative functions and may contact you to discuss classes, exam arrangements and fees.

Clare Hamilton BA (Hons) LRAD AISTD RTS - teaches RAD ballet and ISTD modern & tap full-time. Clare gained her Licentiate with the Royal Academy of Dance in 1998 and has taught at Schools in Cornwall and Surrey since that time. Clare lives with her family in Beddington.

Vanja H.-Zvonic BA (Hons) - teaches drama at our Wilsons School studio. Vanja obtained a BA (Hons) in Dance & Related Arts at Chichester University and a CACHE Certificate of Professional Development in Work with Children & Young People with Special Needs at Kingston College. Vanja has also obtained the Child Protection Workshop Certificate and the Early Years Special Educational Needs Certificate of Attendance from Sutton Early Years Development & Child Care. Vanja is a part-time Pilates teacher for adults in Sutton's SCOLA College, is a member of a theatre group in Hackney and works as a senior family and children support worker for Social Services in Wandsworth. Vanja lives in Sutton with her husband Igor.

Carol Soper BEd (Hons) - teaches drama at our Hayes Secondary School studio. Carol has taught drama at secondary schools and colleges in London and lives in Sutton with her family.

Vicky Speed AISTD ALAM - teaches ballet at our Wilsons School studio. Vicky has performed extensively on television, film, radio, theatre, musicals and Christmas shows. Vicky lives locally with her family in Wallington.

Sarah Langley - teaches singing and ISTD modern & tap at our Wilsons School studio. Sarah attends the Brit School in Croydon and lives with her family in Wallington.
